Steve Earl is a co-founder of Rainier PR and has worked to build the company into one of the UK's brightest and best regarded technology PR agencies.

In tech PR since before the internet boom, he has handled national, international and global PR campaigns for some of the world's largest tech brands, working with all manner of press from the smallest of niche specialist newsletters to global business newspapers and television news networks.

Earl has worked with many of the leaders in IT and telecoms, including IBM, Cisco Systems, Hitachi, Toshiba, 3Com and Computer Associates. Previously a regional newspaper journalist, he reported on and edited news, business and features in the regional daily media and contributed to national tabloid and broadsheet newspapers, regional television and radio.

He co-founded Rainier PR in 1998, having worked for two of the world's largest technology PR firms, Brodeur (Omnicom, NYSE: OMC) and Weber Shandwick (Interpublic Group, NASDAQ: IPG).

He holds a Diploma in Newspaper Journalism from Cardiff School of Journalism, UK with specialisms in Newspaper Reporting, Government and Media Law.
