Rainier PR wins Call Connection

Ipswich-based insurance contact centre Call Connection has hired Rainier PR to help grow its profile during a period of ambitious expansion. Rainier PR will initially promote Call Connection’s recent successes in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Places to Work 2007 awards, where it came top in the Fair Deal sector, and its role in handling thousands of calls for Red Nose Day. The win follows positive publicity that Rainier PR attained for Call Connection while working jointly with its communications supplier.

Working with leading insurance companies, Call Connection filters customer calls to put them in touch with insurers who are able to offer them the right product at the right price. This brings down the cost of customer acquisition for insurers and provides a free, time-saving method for consumers to buy insurance, without having to trawl the internet or Yellow Pages. It currently handles over 55,000 calls every week and has plans to double in size over the next two years.
